On this page, we set out our main practices for processing personal data.
Privacy policy
We comply with the data protection principles set out in data protection legislation, which require that personal data is.
- be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently for the data subject
- be treated confidentially and securely
- collected and processed for a specified, explicit and legitimate purpose
- collect only the amount necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed
- updated whenever necessary – inaccurate and incorrect personal data must be deleted or corrected without delay
- be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed.

Verification of data
Under data protection law, you have the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data, to rectify data, to request restriction or erasure, to object to profiling and automated decision-making, to data portability, and to notify the data protection authority if you believe that your personal data is being processed in breach of data protection law.
Requests for verification of the processing of personal data can be made through the Service Portal. The processing of the request requires strong identification of the person, which is why the service is logged in with a bank ID. We will respond to data protection requests within one month.
